About
The Maker
See a problem, build a solution. Five years of industrial automation experience, writing machine control software by day, studying electronic engineering by night. From C# WPF to Unreal Engine, from Arduino to Three.js — every cross-domain leap begins with a real problem that demands attention.
Developed automated visual inspection system, reducing manual inspection error rate from 5% to 0.3%
Integrated industrial cameras with custom image recognition algorithms to build a complete AOI inspection pipeline. After deployment, the system processes 10,000+ items daily with a false rejection rate below 0.3%.
Integrated PLC and host communication protocols for real-time production line monitoring
Developed host computer software in C#, communicating with multiple PLCs via Modbus TCP for real-time production data collection and chart visualization. Later upgraded to OPC-UA architecture.
Built factory digital twin prototype using Unreal Engine 5
Modeled factory layout in Blender based on actual CAD drawings and imported into UE5. Connected to real PLCs via OPC-UA so equipment states in the 3D scene synchronize with physical counterparts.
The Bridge
The value of technology lies in connection. Every layer between hardware signals and user interfaces is a path that can be bridged.
The Quiet Doer
Not chasing visibility, consistently producing output. Here is the trajectory over the past few years.
Joined automation equipment company, began C# WPF development
Led production monitoring system refactoring, introduced real-time data architecture
Started exploring 3D visualization, learning Three.js and Blender
Entered game development, built industrial simulation project with UE5
Integrated Arduino/IoT projects, built full-stack hardware-software-3D portfolio
Built personal brand platform ZacFuse, unifying cross-domain experience
